Datacare Software Announces New Additions to Secretariat Software
STAFFORDSHIRE, UK, December 7, 2000 - Licensed users of the Secretariat corporate records management solution, and its Output Explorer module, can look forward to receiving a new upgrade of the software in the first quarter of 2001.
There will be a large number of general enhancements to Secretariat, however, two main additions to the system are:
Cloning
It will no longer be necessary to input up a new company from scratch within Secretariat. Simply selecting the new button will allow users to clone details such as Registered Office Address, Share Capital Structure and Directors. This should save our PLC users time in setting up new companies and allow our service providers to record a shelf company within seconds.
Committees
The Company area will contain a new section that allows users to record, track and produce information on any committees they may currently record manually or in excel. The information will include the ability to store information on each member of the committee and the date they were appointed.
Those of you using Hot Docs will be able to use Secretariat's Output Explorer and Microsoft Word to provide seamless document output to your word processor for areas such as Company and Personnel Reports. In addition, you will be able to incorporate your standard precedents and resolutions that are currently used to develop your own legal documents via Secretariat.
