UK Companies House and DSG Work on E-Incorporation System
STAFFORDSHIRE, UK, December 8, 2000 - The Datacare Software Group is glad to announce our participation in a working party with the UK Companies House to plan the implementation of electronic incorporations by April 2001.
The system will allow the filing of the forms 10, 12 and Mem & Arts into a single document that you can then send, via e-mail, to the registry for same day incorporation. The Registrar will then issue you with an electronic Incorporation Certificate in a PDF format.
Companies House will issue guidelines to users on the type of paper that this should be printed on so that it is acceptable as a proof of corporate identity.
