STAFFORDSHIRE, UK, May 1, 2001 - Datacare Software Group is pleased to announce their latest update, SECRETARIAT Version 2.5. This new update to SECRETARIAT is available as a FREE release to existing users and will be distributed in May 2001.
- SECRETARIAT Version 2.5 features include:
- Cloning facility to simplify the process of setting up new companies
- Euro Conversion - redenominate/renominalise
- As well as many other system improvements, including output enhancement
SECRETARIAT still allows users to file forms electronically to Companies House, track and record all historical share transactions, and produce reports in a variety of formats, including HTML.
