Datacare Software Group Launches Integration of E-Filing of Ontario Articles of Incorporation and Ontario Initial Notice/Notice of Change, with Monicord®
TORONTO, ON, May 15, 2001 - Datacare Software Group, the international leader in corporate secretarial software is pleased to announce the introduction of Ontario-based electronic incorporation & filing features to its Canadian application, MONICORD®. Datacare is the first software provider in Canada to provide e-incorporation & e-filing services directly from the client database.
Datacare has built a web-based interface that passes data from the client's MONICORD® database directly to the website of Cyberbahn Inc, one of the two Ontario service providers, through which Ontario-based electronic filings must be conducted. The interface uses the latest XML standards for data passing. From a user perspective, this allows new corporations to be set up only once in the MONICORD® database without needing to re-enter information a second time on the Cyberbahn site. This feature speeds up the process considerably and also reduces the chance for discrepancies due to data entry errors.
