CT Corporation's CTAdvantage.com to Integrate with Datacare's Global Corporate Manager
New interface will help users tackle end of year filings online in one seamless operation
New York, NY, September 4, 2002 - CT Corporation announced today that Datacare's Global Corporate Manager (GCM) will integrate with CTAdvantage.com, enabling users to automatically import their corporate records data directly into CTAdvantage.com's powerful business entity filing tool.
The integration will be completed in October. With it, users can launch the CTAdvantage.com Web site directly from Global Corporate Manager (GCM). All relevant company record data which the user has stored in GCM will be automatically exported via XML to CTAdvantage.com's intelligent, multi-jurisdictional filing tool, pre-populating CTAdvantage.com's interactive question and answer session. Since data comes directly from their company records, GCM users will realize dramatic savings in the time and effort required to complete their business entity filings, while ensuring consistent data and accurate filings.
