Datacare Software Group Extends 'Free Bridgeway Data Conversions' Throughout 2003
NEW YORK, NY, February 5th 2003 - The Datacare Software Group is pleased to announce the extension of its highly popular free data conversion services for existing Bridgeway Software, Inc. clients. The free conversion to Datacare's Global Corporate Manager (GCM) solution will be extended throughout the whole of 2003.
The service includes the mapping of all standard fields in the Bridgeway Secretariat© database and extends to versions 4.4 or higher, including version 5.x. The service includes two passes of the conversion routine; a first for review by the client and a second to coincide with training on Global Corporate Manager and the intended 'go-live' date.
The data contained in legacy solutions is often the result of years of data entry by one or more individuals. Datacare understands the importance of a smooth transition when upgrading and has established a Data Conversion Team to handle this important and sensitive process. The Team has routines that not only convert the data but helps clients with the validation and clean up process, including the merging of duplicate entries.
