Datacare Names Iain Hamilton UK Training Manager
Datacare continues its commitment to provide first-rate training services by hiring seasoned corporate secretary
LONDON, UK - October 17, 2003 - On the heels of its recent hiring of two Executive Customer Services Managers, Datacare Software Group, the leader in Corporate governance and entity management software, today announced the appointment of their new UK Training Manager, Iain Hamilton. Hamilton's background as a Corporate Secretary with expertise in company law and domain knowledge will enhance the already impressive client service offerings by developing a variety of corporate training programs for Datacare's Corporate Entity Management software (GCM).
In the role of Training Manager, Hamilton will be responsible for educating clients to help them run their businesses more effectively, providing one-on-one consultation services, as well as developing internal training programs utilizing his knowledge in the field to further develop the intellectual capital within the Datacare team.
Prior to joining Datacare, Hamilton spent several years with
Aviva, the world's seventh largest insurance group, working
as a Chartered Secretary providing advice to all UK subsidiaries
and focusing on the development of Datacare's Corporate Entity
Management software (GCM) to provide high-quality training
in compliance, legal, data protection, finance and tax data
to user groups worldwide. Before working for Aviva, Hamilton
worked for National Westminster Bank as an Assistant Manager.
During his time at that organization, Hamilton was responsible
for winning the Bank the Plain English Campaign Crystal Clear
Bank and Building Society Award. Hamilton has a BA from the
University of Northumbria at Newcastle and an LL.B from the
University of Sheffield.
