Datacare Recruits Four New Staff to the Expanding European Team
LONDON, UK - January 1, 2004 - Following on from a successful 2003, DSG has strengthened its Sales, Training and Support functions to help cope with the high demand for its products and services within Europe.
DSG have again boosted their domain expertise with a second company secretary added to the Training & Consulting Department. Steve Williams joins Datacare from Allied Domecq. Whilst at Allied Steve project managed the implementation of GCM on a global basis, in addition to carrying out the statutory duties relating to all UK group companies and the necessary announcement requirements relating to listings both in London (LSE) and New York (NYSE). Prior to that he worked for Computershare Investor Services PLC, a share registration company, gaining experience working on many different departments including Share Schemes, Share Dealing, Contact Centre and Corporate Actions.
In order to maximise a number of new opportunities in the marketplace DSG have also boosted their sales team with Adrian Wright, joining after a number of years working as a consultant in the technology arena. Since graduating from university Adrian has developed business at many prestigious blue chip companies that have benefited from his consultative approach and commercial awareness.
Finally, as part of DSG's initiative to provide an even higher level of support to clients, the support team is joined by Senior Support Engineers Paul Whiting and Salim Sidi-Boumedine.
Salim, who studied at the The Applied Computation Institute of Paris, spent 2 years at Bank Credit Lyonnais in France as a Software Developer. Salim brings additional language skills to the team underlying DSG's commitment to providing multilingual support to clients.
Paul has worked in various support roles developing a breadth of experience, including working on a number of database projects such as Informix and Oracle. His last role was as a Support Engineer at Computer Answers, dealing with a wide range of technological queries.
