Datacare Software Group (DSG) Announces Creation of New Consultancy Practice and Recruitment of Brian Chartier as Director of Consultancy Services
DSG establishes first consultancy practice to be fully focused on Subsidiary Governance and Entity Management
NEW YORK, NY - January 10, 2005 - Datacare Software Group (DSG) is pleased to make a double announcement relating to the creation of a new consultancy practice focusing on subsidiary governance and the hire of Brian Chartier to head that practice.
DSG has supplied technology solutions for subsidiary governance and entity management for 20 years and has established itself as the leader of this market across the globe. This new practice will better enable DSG to pass on some of its knowledge and best practices to customers of its software solutions and non-customers too.
Instrumental in the practice will be its head and the new Director of Consultancy Services, Brian Chartier. Brian joined Datacare from one of the world's leading financial service providers where his career spanned over 20 years. The most recent five years have focused on developing a subsidiary governance and entity management framework for the Bank. During that time he has become widely regarded as the eminent voice in the field of subsidiary governance. Known throughout North America and parts of Europe, Brian brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience to our new Consultancy Services division.
