DSG Launches CORPORATEMANAGERONE (CM1), North America's First True "On-Demand" Entity Management Solution
NEW YORK - June 17, 2005 - Datacare Software Group (DSG) is broadening its entity management offerings with an “On-Demand” offering under the brand CORPORATEMANAGERONE or CM1. Built on the same technology platform as its market leading Global Corporate Manager (GCM) solution, CM1 further includes the management of all necessary server hardware and the provision of system support and upgrades to the software. This “turn-key” solution is provided for a single low monthly subscription fee.
CORPORATEMANAGERONE offers a full range of entity management functionality for the North American Corporate Secretary and others involved in the management of legal entities.
