Vin Patel Joins Datacare as its UK/European Client Services Manager
LONDON - February 1, 2006 - Datacare Software Group (DSG) the global leader in corporate governance and entity management software has strengthened its Client Services functions in response to increasing market demands for its services within the UK and Europe. Today they announced the appointment of Vin Patel as its UK/European Client Services Manager. Vin’s responsibilities will include providing in-depth GCM application support to all of Datacare’s UK, Irish and European clients by leveraging the already high-quality service offerings and bringing more one-on-one consultancy to an already wide-ranging and well-developed client base.
Vin brings to Datacare 27 years of industry experience spanning all levels both as employed and self-employed in the IT, automotive and retail sectors. In the last 15 years in IT, Vin has an extensive background in all aspects of Customer Services including service management, consulting, customer support and system analysis and design. In his most recent position Vin was the European Regional Support Manager for QAD Inc, a leading provider of enterprise applications for global manufactures, with over 5000 licensed customers worldwide. Prior to QAD, Vin was a self-employed franchise operator for Texaco Limited. Prior to Vin’s self-employed venture, he held a number of positions with the Austin Rover Group.
