Datacare Software Group announces 24/7 customer support for BoardWorks

NEW YORK, NY - April 4, 2007 - Datacare Software Group (DSG), the leading supplier of governance and compliance solutions, today announced the availability of 24/7 support for its board communication tool, BoardWorks. The support is available immediately to new and prospective customers. The extended support service will allow companies to give their directors assurances, that no matter what time of day or where they are in the world, they can receive assistance with their BoardWorks related questions.

The extended hours service will be manned by DSG’s North American client services team – utilizing the same experienced pool of support technicians that provide high quality service during regular hours. There will be a separate out or hours number for directors to call and a challenge question to confirm their identity. Once verified, the 24/7 support team will provide assistance with forgotten passwords, access to the site, two factor authentication, site navigation and general assistance.
