Datacare Software Group (DSG) announces the availability of version 5.0 of Global Corporate Manager, the leading entity management solution
NEW YORK, NY - April 5, 2007 - Datacare Software Group (DSG), the leading supplier of governance and compliance solutions, today announced the availability of version 5.0 of Global Corporate Manager (GCM), the market leading entity management solution.
GCM version 5.0 is one of the biggest releases yet by DSG and includes over 80 new and improved features. Many of the new features were a direct result of requests by DSG’s North American and European customers. Since the launch of GCM in 2001, DSG has consistently leveraged this approach to ensure it and its solutions maintain their confirmed positions as market leaders.
Some of the highlights in version 5.0 include: New Vista style sheets; electronic filing for new jurisdictions; custom screen module; increased charting power; more statutory forms; expanded XML data extract tool and new reports. Version 5.0 is available for all GCM customers, whether licensed or using the hosted ASP versions.
