NEW YORK, NY - June 1, 2007 - Datacare Software Group (DSG), the leading supplier of entity and board governance and compliance solutions, today announced the availability of version 2.5 for its board communication tool, BoardWorks.
Already established as an alternative to paper board books, version 2.5 of BoardWorks expands its roster of features to provide a fuller slate of tools for directors, boards of trustees and related administrators.
